Dear mam\sir I was unable to give JEE Mains exams and I am interested to enrol in b tech CSE.

Without JEE exams you cannot get into any of the NITs or IITs. However you can give entrance exams of your state and get into any of the good engineering college of your state. Or you can take a year drop and prepare for JEE exams and give it a try next year. Don't lose hope you have many choices le
