Find PG nearby your college or universities. It'll give you a sharing basis accommodation facilities to stay three to five years. You can also find a hostel. In India, you can get the cheapest as well as high budget PG and hostel around you.

You can check the online website for cheap accommodation in Haridwar or ask a local person for cheap accommodation. Hostel in INR costs you around INR 3000 to INR 10000 or more. Depends upon the hostel area, facilities given.
