Dear sir, i am currently 20years old doing my final year B.COM and pursuing company secretary executive program and might complete the company secretaryship program by the end of 2012 i would like to know as whether to pursue an MBA program or gain work experience after completion of the course.

Hi,
If you want to pursue MBA and are serious about it, then you would anyway be required to gain some work experience before you apply for the MBA as MBA from a good universities requires work experience. It is a mandatory requirement. I would suggest gaining 2-3 years of work experience and then a
