Dear sir, I completed my grads(Bsc IT) in year 2007. I worked as a service manager in Nokia care for more than 3 years(ie from July'05-Feb'09).Recently in Feb'10, I got certified in IBM TSM administration, but not getting any opportnity as 4-6yrs of exp. is required by IBM and others.wat shuld I do?

Dear Anup, First you analyse your SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat) on the basis of this, search job in area of your strength, analyze weakness and try to improve Check whay kind of opening your dream company has and what would be the probable question and prepare accordingly
