Dear Sir, you have experience of 12 years , so you can eligible to take up DBA+MBA OR DBA+MASTERS...........

Dear Friend, to be very frank i would like to suggest you that you complete your gradation bcoz nowdays if you really want an higher post in MNC or in indian based company bachelors degree/masters degrees plays the roles of gate paas.........

you must go for xii by distance education system from NATIONAL OPEN SCHOOL & Then go for retial management courses
