New S.S.C. May-1986 -1st class 65% ,Electrician -ITI Bilimora-1987-89 A"bad ele. co. (Torrent) 1 year Apprent. 1989-90 i want to get diploma/deegree cert. please suggest me, i am in Dubai(UAE) last 6 years,

Join Institute of Engineers(IE) or IETE for your Diploma. It is Govt of India recognized. Now a days IGNOU also runs 3 years Diploma in these. IGNOU is also available in Dubai
