The distance MBA programme in India offers similar advantages as a grounds based course in that it offers a similar educational plan. One more catch for most understudies applying to the programme is that educational cost and charges for distance MBA can be lower than that for a standard full-time programme and the post-globalization time frame, there is a tremendous necessity of labor supply having MBA degree to take care of the requirements of assembling and administration associations and furthermore ready to level up the administration abilities of the maturing business people who may not be expertly qualified. In terms of curriculum, a distance MBA programme in India offers the same benefits as a campus-based programme. Another draw for most students considering the programme is that tuition and fees for a distance MBA can be lower than for a traditional full-time MBA, and in the post-globalization period, there is a huge demand for manpower with an MBA degree to meet the needs of manufacturing and service organisations, as well as to hone the management skills of budding entrepreneurs who are not professionally qualified. Furthermore, existing employees in manufacturing and service businesses who do not have an MBA degree must enhance their
