Dear Sir, I want to take admission in FMS, Delhi in Ph.D. program but my CAT percentile is 57 and I belong SC category. Do I have a chance?

Hello,
I don't think that the CAT percentile can be of much help for admission into the Ph.D. programme. -
For FMS, Delhi, this percentile is on the lower side. The chances are very bleak.
