Hi Krunal, As suggested by Mr. Sisir it is difficult to get the transfer from one University to another in the middle of the semester. Although, you can try after completing your 2nd year but you need to show all the legal documents like Migration certificate, college leaving certificate etc. and f

Within the university, to different colleges it can done, that too on mutual transfer basis. From one university to another it is almost an impossibility.
