Dear Sir / Madam Am planning to enroll my younger brother in M.Tech course in USA, he will be completing hia B.Tech in India from Rajasthan University this year and will appear for GRE and TOFEL, please let me know what are the expenses that will occur and how to get educational loan for the same.

Tuition is between 15k to 50k. Average is around 20k per year.
