Dear Sir/Madam, How I may be a translated or Hindi Officer?

I have completed 10+2(Phy,chem,maths,hindi, english 58%), Diploma Chemical Engineering from Govt Institute, B.A.(Political Science, Economics, Hindi Literature,last two subjects are in final year 62.55%),M.A.(Hindi Literature 70.80% in 2018).I am good in Hindi Literature and very interested in it.
