Hi Gaurav, As per your education background, you should go for B.ED and although not mandatory yet a post graduate degree is beneficiary if applying for the post of Secondary and Senior Secondary Teacher. And further you can sit for NET (National Eligibility Test) to be a lecturer. As far as you
