Eligibility criteria for this course is the candidate must have past 10 + 2 from a recognized board. Admission process *Register and apply Interested candidates can apply online with required information. *Written test Eligible Candidate need to appear for the English essay writing test conducted by the University. *Personal interview Shortlisted candidate will be called for personal interview based on marks obtained in written test. *Final selection Candidates are selected based on marks in 10 + 2, written test and performance in personal interview.

Candidates require at least a pass in the qualifying examination at the +2 level from any recognized board of study, such as CBSE, ISC, State Boards or their equivalent. Reservations are available in accordance with the regulations stipulated by the university in line with all legal conditioning. The exact details of this reservation differ between the courses.Those pursuing their +2 may also apply, but can later be denied full admission based on their results which may deem them ineligible for admission to the University. Selection Process: Once the candidate has chosen a desired date for the selected process, he or she will receive an Admit Card through the online portal.Candidates may apply under the sponsored or non-sponsored category. Non-sponsored is a high merit category, whereas sponsored involves higher fee structure. The estimated annual fee for non-sponsored B.Tech courses at the university is around Rs. 80,000.The selection process generally consists of an English test to check language proficiency, a subject oriented test to check the basic knowledge of the candidate in the relevant subject matter, and a group discussion as well as personal interview.The various components of the selection process hold significant proportion of weightage to the final result.Candidates must be physically present at the location for the selection process. However, the university does allow for interviews via Skype, but only in the cases of foreign nationals or NRIs. Admission Process: The results of the selection process are announced through the online portal of the university. Generally, there is no hard copy of the offer of admission available to the candidates.In order to complete the process and secure admission in Amity University, candidates must pay the fee in full as stipulated by the admit card, within the given time frame.
