Yes, you can definitely get admission in Sandip University, if you failed in JEE mains . You will get admission in management Quota. For that, you have to visit the college and get the details.

If you failed in JEE Mains, there are numerous competitive exams which you might try. Although you can use only your 12th mark cutoff to join best colleges in Tamil Nadu, they require lakhs of money.
