Hi Riddhi, do you mean electronics and communication ??? If so then I would like to tell you that both the subjects differ. You can pursue the course at Bachelors or Diploma level. But it can be quite expensive to study for a UG course abroad. Also, you will have to give a strong reason for shiftin
