Hi Ashish, the Universities in Germany are categorised into 2 : Universities (including Technical Universities) and University of Applied Sciences. The UNIVERSITIES award PhD and UOAS can't award PhD. So you should look into UNIVERSITIES. The membership and research paper will help you in getting Ph
