You are too young right now and so, complete your formal education. In the meanwhile, study extensively so that you can increase your creativity. It depends on your worldly experience also. You will gain good maturity with the passage of time.

Vishal, if you have the scrips ready then you need to directly contact people in the film line and some how narrate them your plot plan. Another option is to convert it into a novel and get it published.
