BHILAI INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY only offers MTech in Instrumentation in Chhattisgarh. It accepts students through GATE and sponsorships. Talk to the college. Website is http://www.bitdurg.org/academics/me.htm

from MM uNIversity you can do Mtech but it is in ambala
