Hi. Can degree fail student can study again in other degree college without any risk in Bangalore.

    That's possible if you wish to study from scratch again. You can easily get admitted based on your class 12th marks or Diploma, as required. If your query is whether one can continue from where you stopped in your previous degree, is not easy. You need approval from both the colleges.
