Dear Rachna, If you still want to pursue this field and are not getting jobs try this 1. Try to register yourself in freelancing websites and get works from architecture & interiors design people who give work regularly to freelancers. This would involve a lot of social media marketing of your self as a freelancer via FB, LinkedIn, Twitter, Orkut Etc. 2. If you have not learnt CAD or Graphic Software, now is the time, this will enhance your design skills 3. Start directly visiting design firms, architecture firms, real estate firms, ad companies, event management Co's with a good printed portfolio and keep a strong follow up with them. Hi Rachna, as per your prior qualification I could make out that you wish to pursue interior designing degree course. Interior Design requires professional experience and training, you must be certified by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification. A student who aspires to join this course must have cleared their class 12 and must also have an innate ability to mix colors. Style as well as comfort should also be one of their main priorities. It is a very lucrative career. Interior designers are required by almost everyone, especially top companies or private homes. But, as you have mentioned your query in animation sector, I would say that animation is a fast-emerging high-paying career option. India is also a major hub of outsourcing for foreign production houses. An individual should be technically skilled and competent to work on projects for long hours.
