Delay in issuing the final semester mark sheet and provisional certificates make students loose one year.. Is there a way out for this?

Results are announced and marks are available in the net. Yet the university authorities not given the final mark sheet and provisional certificates, which makes students going abroad getting struck this year. Particulary in Anna University in Tamil Nadu.

at this time student have to ask to university authority for original mark sheet and student also can continue with provisional degree till Sept month because after Sept exam details of students goes and also student verification
