No, there wont be any hurdle
you just need to provide a GAp certificate on Rs 100/- Stamp paper
What you have to write on the stamp paper will be guided by the college -

There is nothing like you can't take admission after 2 years gap, you just need to submit a gap certificate of whatever you have done in these 2 years. All the top B schools take admission after gap and you can even go for CAT. However if you go for MBA, some suggestions for you
