Did AIME is banned by court.

I want to take admission in AIME but I heard that AIME is banned by court.

    AMIE is considered to be as distance education technical degree and most of the recruiters are asked about the regular degree. Hence AMIE is not acceptable at private sectors levels because they required the students of regular stream. However AMIE have full validity in department promotions, GATE and Central government jobs. So, AMIE not banned by the court.
