did B.Tech so want to do masters i.e MS which country to prefer German,US,UK Note:collages who look you Achive and Certif..suggest kind col
Please suggest some collage's who give admission based on by certificates and achievements and Resume rather then giving GRE or TOFEL (His it possible is there any collages ?? ) please take out time a please answer

GRE TOEFL is compulsory. You may then opt for IITs in India, which at par with any foreign instututes.
