Did BTech from kurukshetra University.Now i am doing MA in public administration from ignou distance.Can i do phd from iit delhi after MA?

    Hello Lucky, You have done graduation in engineering from Kurukshetra University followed by MA from IGNOU. Right? Minimum qualification required to register for PhD is having a post graduate degree. This you now have. Hence technically you are eligible. IIT Delhi announces its programme for PhD twice in a year. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about doctoral programmes conducted and the procedure to join. You just need to follow procedure. That's all.
