Did M.Sc (biochem) & M.Tech in bioengineering in 2008.not getting any interview call. should I join any short term course.

I Did M.Sc (biochem) & M.Tech (IIT K) in bioeng in 2008.i got a job during campus but could not join it due to my marriage problem. Now i m keen to start my professional life but not getting any interview call.should I join any short term online or distance course(clinical research,SAS)
