Myth about vegetarians being at a disadvantage with respect to this course. Experts and students opine that it is not so necessary for vegetarian students to taste what they have made. It will suffice if they are willing to cook non-vegetarian dishes. And its not necessary to cook non-veg food as its based on your specialisation field.
Students also opine that the scope for hotel management is better in India as students are taught both Indian and world cuisine, enabling them to be able to work anywhere in the world.
