80 to 90% Syllabus is common between Computer Engineering (CE) and Computer Science Engineering ( CSE). CE has more emphasis on Computer Hardware & Architecture whereas CS or CSE has more emphasis on Software systems. CS graduates have minor advantage over CE to become a Software developer. CE grad
