difference b/w electronics and communication AND electronics and telecommunication????

i have qualified for aieee councelling and wants electronics and communication .. but in the "choose stream" section ther are two options :- 1. electronics and communication 2. electronics and TELEcommunication. are these two different or same??? if different than on what basis..
