B.Tech Computer Science course covers almost all theoretical areas in information and computation. The course will enable the students to enter in to the Software Application, service, Sales and Marketing, operations and even work as a programmer.

B.Tech computer science deals with both software and hardware subjects whereas B.Tech information technology deals about only the Hardware.

Generaly they bth have equal status but In course of Btech information technology does not have compiler and automata , but these subjects are taught in computer science. computer science deals with larger aspects as compared to information technology. CS & IT students can apply for jobs in both str
