Difference between MS Economics, M.Com (Economics), M.A. Economics and seeking advice.

I am a CA Finalist seeking a career in Data Science. I have completed M.Com Accountancy. I want to pursue Masters in Economics. Would like to know the difference between the aforementioned courses and the best one to pursue which would benefit me. Any advantage doing it from IDOL MU over IGNOU?
