Difference between part time mba and distance mba.Also which mba branch(ex - HR, Marketing, etc.) is suited for bank clerks and assistants.

I am a Bsc IT graduate.I am applying for bank exams like RBI assistant, SBI clerk, IBPS, etc.I want to know if i clear this exams and join, which MBA branch is suited for me to opt for and whether distance or part time MBA would be preferred for me, or if there is any different subject for masters.
