    Well jobs of both radiologist and the radiographer are equally important and its kind of sequential process that needs to be followed because if the radiographer does not perform his duty effectively , it will automatically effect the diagnosis of the radiologist. If we talk about the job scope, then both the profession possess equal job opportunities

    Hi ALL,
    Radiology has more scope as compared to radiography because first of all it is difficult to be radiologist as compared to radiographer. As a radiologist you will be handling new cases everyday and analysis is more difficult task as compared to performing machine activities . Salary packages are also good for radiologist

    Radiology has nothing to do with the technical aspects of the machine used for the
    X-ray , MRI etc , it is all about diagnosis of the disease by reading images and on the other hand radiography is all about the technical aspects of the machines used for imaging .

    To be a radiologist, you need to complete your MBBS degree and then opt for MD and you can be radiographer even after pursuing a BSc degree

    Hi Everyone,
    A radiologist is a person who analyse X-ray, CT scan etc and diagnose the exact problem, a radiographer is a person who has the instrument knowledge and performs X-ray CT scan etc.

    The basic difference is radiology lies in the medical science while radiography is a part of the paramedical science
