    Hi,
Automation engineering and automobile engineering are two different fields.
Automation is the use of control systems to reduce the need for human work in the production of goods and services, automation engineering is basically used in designing, building, and installing automated and robotic assembly equipment.
Automotive engineering is a branch of vehicle engineering, it deals with everything that is related to how the vehicle will appear and function.
I hope this answers your query.
