Diploma is a right choice?

Diploma holder have vacancie but less salary is probem for every. if hard work with timing you can entry in PSU & Govt pay Max salary in Engineeing Field with appropriate scale.

It is a slow and gradual process ,as you have pointed out.Nothing can be done overnight.Life is not that short.There ought to be a qualitative approach.Though one can not delay,there is no hurry also.

In views of Jobs maximum persons getting JOB are having MBA,degree & DIPLOMA and in maximum job vacancies there qualifications are required so always see the how much glass is full with water don,t see how much glass is empty. There are always a success for hard workers don't,t matter the area.

Hi, Yes i also see that diploma holder, degree holder and MBA holder are jobless or have a job but in less salary. I think need is study hard, get high % and try hard for searching Jobs.

My discussion point is in general however i provided few example. I was going through some Q from people and found out that people struggle after they do any kind of diploma. May be there should not be any diploma courses instead there should be job oriented certificate courses.

The comparison is wrong in first place. PG Diploma in Management has 3 years of graduation after class XII prior to it whereas Polytechnic Diploma comes right after class X.
