I am in Diploma 3rd year (electronics and telecommunications engineering). Can I give JEE for selecting in IIT colleges or. Can I apply directly after Diploma to IIT college. ? For aeronautical engineering.

Yes, a Diploma student can give the joint entrance exam test for studying engineering. But since you have done Diploma you can choose a path according to what you have done, or else do engineering as per your choice.
