Diploma to degree admission process in GEC bharuch. What are the eligibility criteria for lateral entry in GEC bharuch.

I have done my Diploma in electrical engineering with 81% in MSU Vadodara. I have not appeared in GUJCET and JEE exams. What is the process of D2D lateral entry.
