distance/Correspondence MBA PG degree Vs PG Diploma

I wish to do Correspondence MBA in HR so as to peruse a Career in HR. I have already completed a Masters degree in science domain and have work exp as well. Can any one help me understand which will be better in my case an distance/Correspondence MBA PG degree or PG Diploma would suffice. Thanks
