Distance education in B.Sc. Neuroscience.

Hello .i did my +2 .8 years back and i went to btec. i didnt like it my interest was into smthing else i dropped it in the middle but now i realize my interst in the brain and wanna do bsc in neuro science. i didnt have any biology background is it possible? plz help. thank you.
