Dit, Is there any Institution in India offering M.Tech by Distance Education recognised by AICTE/UGC/Universities/Govt. If so, details of institutions, course etc.

Sikkim Manipal University offers M Tech in IT. There are other universities as well. Distance education courses need recognition from DEC and AICTE/UGC approval is not mandatory. I learn local PSC's have not approved engineering distance education.
