DNB ITS scope and demerits. if i m opting for dnb, is it ok to do it in the pvt institutes? ve heard they dont give u a free hand. any help

want to know the difference in prospects in the current scenario in doing md/ms and dnb? if am opting for dnb in a surgical subject is it advisable to do it in a private hospital? if medicinal subject, is there any difference?m interested for radiology, which hospital should i opt for?
