Do 12th class marks matter at the time of admission in IIM College? I got 68% in 10th and 48% in 12th.

12th standard marks do not matter directly but during PI (personal interview) ,one has to carry the mark-sheet and good result will only have a positive impact on the interview panelists. Although its not a necessity but good marks in 12th board will surely give an edge to the candidate.

IIM check CAT marks and UG percentage/GPA first. They won't care much about 10th and 12th results. Perform better in UG and have a good score in CAT + work experience can make you land easily in IIM.
