Do Admission is possible if this year marks are not so good? Just because boards were not held I got 61.25% but I scored good in practicals.

I haven't scored good in theory just because exams were not conducted and it was based on 11th. So I got 36 in Physics 46 in Biology and 47 in Chemistry. But I have scored good in practicals because it was conducted. So can I get admission in B.Pharma in parul university? !
