No. the ranking of MBA and engineering colleges are done by Magazines like outlook, India Today etc but their surveys are not ratified by any government audit agencies and hence, are influenced. A common indicator for finding out about a good engineering college can be based on following facts:-

No, AICTE doesnt publish any rankings. It just enlists the accredited colleges.
