Do airlines have there individual training centers?

    Hi Rishit,
    Yes, all airlines domestic or international have their individual training centers. Primarily these centers are used for training the new recruitment in cabin crew.The other departments such as reservation, ground staff etc generally have their on desk training.
    The training centers are required top introduce the cabin crew to the anatomy of aircraft, process of airlines, inform them of airline facility, brief them about safety procedure, train them on First aid and also brief them on the additional duties on board such as inflight shopping facilities etc.
