    It depends on whether all the passed students have the ability and skills to work in IT field or not because in software technology field, you can make your career even without certificates but not without skills.

    This is a very difficult question. BCA is just a graduation degree and you will read basics of computer programming in BCA. If you want a good career, then you will have to do MCA. And after BCA, you will only get basic entry level job like BPO, KPO, administration, etc.
