Only IIITs, NITs, CFTIs and GEC of Uttarakhand, MP, Orissa, Haryana and Nagaland offer admission through JEE Mains.
IITs, ISM and IIEST offer admission through JEE Advanced.

No, they don't. JEE exams are particularly for admission Into Central government colleges like NITs, IITs, IIITs and GFTIs. The seats are allotted by JOSAA (a counseling based on the ranks In JEE exams).
Some other colleges do accept JEE scores for admission but they don't come under JOSAA.
The state level government colleges need only the respective state level exams.
