Do all the colleges of PGDM and IIMs requires cast validity certificate from an OBC student?

Absolutely yes, you need to show a bonafide proof signed by a gazetted officer/ government authority to validate your obc quota. It is considered very strictly.

Yes, they require a cast certificate for the proof.
