Do all the colleges which take admission through JEE Mains score also accept JOSSA?

I am very confused because JOSSA showing only 100 colleges which participating in it but there are many colleges which take through JEE Mains.

Yes, all the colleges which take through JEE Mains score by JoSAA counselling.

Most of the colleges accept JEE Mains score though only CFTI, IIT and IIIT participate in JoSAA. For all those other colleges, you have to apply by yourself.

No, not all the colleges take admission through JoSAA. Only NITS, GFTIs and some private colleges take admission through JoSAA.
