Do all the universities in Europe require language proficiency of their native tongue for undergraduate computer science programs?

You will be taking up only English taught programs. you have to prove your English proficiency by doing your IELTS. you can learn local language little and this will help you on part time jobs.

Most of the universities in Europe teach in English. However for getting jobs you should learn the native language.
